Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Rochi (the “App”), provided by ASA Holdings LLC (“ASA Holdings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using Rochi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. The App is rated 12+.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate any person or entity, including through your display name.
• One person, one account. Do not create accounts to evade a suspension or block.

2. User-Generated Content

Rochi lets you post reviews, comments, rankings, profile details, and other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it, you grant ASA Holdings a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it within the App for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to post it.

3. Community Guidelines

These rules mirror the community guidelines shown in the App. When you participate, you agree to:

• Tag spoilers honestly. Mark spoilers using the App’s spoiler tools. Deliberately posting untagged spoilers is a violation.
• No hate speech, harassment, or personal attacks. Treat other people with respect.
• No spam or self-promotion. Keep contributions genuine and on-topic.
• Keep reviews about the anime. One review per show.
• No illegal, infringing, or harmful content, including content that is unlawful, defamatory, sexually exploitative of minors, or that infringes others’ intellectual-property or privacy rights.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. By using Rochi you agree to this policy. We enforce these guidelines with proactive automated filtering of prohibited language, plus reporting and blocking tools available on all User Content. We remove violating content, typically within 24 hours of a report, and may suspend or permanently ban offending accounts.

4. Content Removal and Moderation

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove or restrict any User Content that violates these Terms or that we otherwise consider objectionable, and we may act on reports from other users. We are not obligated to host or retain any User Content. Removing content does not waive our right to take further action.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting illegal content or content that violates the Community Guidelines above.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing others.
• Attempting to bypass content filters, security, or rate limits, or to access data that is not yours.
• Interfering with or disrupting the App or its infrastructure.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, and remove your content, if you violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or to comply with the law or protect users. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. User Content reflects the views of its authors, not ASA Holdings. Anime metadata and filler classifications are provided by third parties and may contain inaccuracies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASA Holdings and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, through in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
